BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT) - What is it?
BWRT®’ stands for ‘BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®’, a model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. Unlike many other modern therapies, it allows a ‘core of privacy’ so that you do not have to divulge anything you would rather not talk about – in fact, the practitioner only needs to know how you feel and how you would prefer to feel instead. BWRT® is a completely new and different therapy based on the latest discoveries about the way the brain works and how it affects our moods, behaviour and emotions. Only Certified Practitioners have been trained to deliver BWRT® and all have to adhere to a strict ethical code. Find out more at http://www.bwrt.org.
With regard to the BWRT process, it’s not necessary to know how it works before you come along to your session. It’s unlike anything else you may have experienced before and works on the part of the brain that is activated before conscious thought kicks in – this is what makes it so powerful.
Imagine how it might feel if you could simply and easily emotionally recover from life changing events such as grief, divorce, attack or accident.
What if you could now easily control your jealousy, anger, irritation or anxiety?
BWRT has helped many people in all of these types of scenarios. In fact, even long-standing problems can disappear.
Listed below are the types of conditions and problems that BWRT can help with.

I am an advanced BWRT practitioner, which means that I can work at both Levels 1 and 2. Some people only need Level 1 work and may find one or two sessions are all that are needed. Other conditions may be more involved and may require further work at Level 2.
This can be discussed at the time of your appointment, or if you would like to chat further please give me a call or send me a message. Please note that results vary from person to person. No one therapy is perfect for everybody.
